Content Management System "GIRVAS" is a multilingual, multidisciplinary free content management system with open source code from "Karelian Developer" company (Individual Entrepreneur Andrei Ruslanovich Shestakov). It is aimed at creating a web resource optimized in terms of content loading speed, creating a web resource of any direction with the ability to publish content in different languages with subsequent indexing by search engines. The development of the system began in 2021 by individual entrepreneur Andrei Shestakov. The content management system was written in the general-purpose programming language PHP without using third-party frameworks. It is based on its own engine.
On June 17, 2024, the program was registered in the Register of Computer Programs through the Federal Institute of Industrial Property, and on November 27 of the same year, based on the protocol of the meeting of the expert council on software of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, "GIRVAS" was included in the Register of Russian Software.
On March 21, 2025, an application was filed for the registration of the trademark "Content Management System GIRVAS" for the legal protection of the company"s development logo.
Functional characteristics

Users who decide to use this software agree that they have studied the License Agreement and accepted it.

In the event of a violation of the License Agreement, the Licensor reserves the right to send a claim to the User (Licensee) with requirements to comply with this License Agreement, with the possibility of resolving the legal conflict in pre-trial proceedings. Otherwise, the Licensor may file a lawsuit against the User in court.
